Cookie cutter sizing is based on the longest size measurement. The specific dimensions for each cutter is listed under the item description. Cutters are 3/4 inch tall. Please note that narrow shapes can appear smaller. Please consider sizing up with narrow shapes. Please verify the size of your cutter. Refunds are not issued due to ordering the wrong size.

Our cookie cutters are made from PLA which is a plant based plastic. PLA is non-toxic and food safe. PLA can melt and warp when exposed to heat. The cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with warm water and let dry.

Processing time for CutAwayCutters is currently 3-5 business days which is the time it takes to process your order. It then is then dropped at the carrier (USPS) and shipping time varies. You can select various shipping options at checkout. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number to track your order.

Due to food contact and because cutters are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.  All sales are final. 

If you need to cancel or change your oder please contact us immediately at cutawaycutters@gmail.com. We are only able to cancel or change orders that have not been made and shipped.
