Refund policy

Returns:  Due to the nature of the products and use in food service industry, and because cutters are made to order,  returns and changes are not accepted.  All sales are final. 

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your oder please contact us immediately. We are only able to cancel orders that have not been made and shipped.
